From September 19th 0500 UTC to September 19th 0700 UTC (September 19th 0000 CDT to September 19th 0200 CDT), The Respondent Experience is now accessible for respondents but users may still experience degraded performance.

From September 19th 0454 UTC to September 19th 0530 UTC (September 18th 2354 CDT to September 19th 0030 CDT), The Respondent Experience will return respondents back to suppliers if survey entry is attempted.
