We will be undergoing scheduled 3-hour maintenance window for 2 upgrade events: Event #1: Upgrade of the On Time Supply (OTS ) Subscriptions API, to provide more consistent data and higher performance levels. Estimate time: 3-hours. Event #2: Authentication Service security upgrade. Estimated time: 45 minutes.
Impact: Event #1: Impacts only OTS Subscriber Suppliers. Request is to pause new subscriptions, and updates to existing subscriptions, during this time frame. For Buyers, we expect lower respondent traffic during the maintenance period.
Event #2: Marketplace UI, Impact Measurement UI, Data Score UI, and Theorem users will not be able to log in. (All API users will continue to work as normal). Users already logged in at the time of the maintenance window will retain access.
