Between 16:25 and 17:10 UTC, we experienced an issue that caused requests to fail for some Demand API endpoints(POST:Demand/v1/SurveyQuotas/Create, POST:Demand/v1/SurveyQualifications/Create, GET:Demand/v1/SurveyAllocations/BySurveyNumber, GET:Demand/v1/SurveyQualifications/BySurveyNumber, GET:Demand/v1/Surveys/BySurveyNumber). This issue has been resolved.
